This is probably one of the only times you will see me wearing a maxi skirt at an event that is not a formal event. Although I've owned this skirt for at least a few months now, it was difficult to find a suitable circumstance/weather to wear it. In winter, it's not warm enough; in summer, it's too warm. Alas, last weekend's Toowoomba Flower Festival was the perfect occasion.
